We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused, in its original condition, and with all accompanying accessories. We will refund your full original order amount excluding shipping and handling. Once we receive and process your return, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
If your order arrives damaged, email support@swipesimple.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
